About Your Care

Insurance and Financial Information

Many people believe infertility treatment is unaffordable. The truth is, fertility treatments and services are often covered by health insurance. RMA participates in several leading insurance plans, including Aetna US Healthcare, Amerihealth, CIGNA, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Oxford Health Plan, and United Healthcare. If RMA does not participate in your health plan, you may still be eligible for coverage for a percentage of the costs of certain treatments as an out-of-network benefit through your own insurance plan.

For information about insurance and the cost of treatment, RMA’s Finance Department can offer expert advice. We are available to help you navigate through the insurance claims process and answer questions about your coverage. For treatments or services not covered by medical insurance, or for individuals or couples in need of financial assistance, we can provide information about different financing options. RMA participates in two national consumer-lending programs that can make financial resources available to couples at competitive rates. We are available to discuss different payment plans and options with you at any time. For more information, please call the RMA Finance team at (973) 971-0612.
